We offer individual coaching to prepare for and support meditation practice. The coaching is done through one-on-one dialog over a number of hour long sessions, depending on the need.
Unresolved personal life issues may need to be resolved prior to starting the practice, in order to gain the grounding and personal development desirable as a base.
After starting the practice, further life issues, with their tensions and obstacles, usually become evident. Practitioners can receive individual guidance and support as needed during this transformation process.
