We teach a simple but effective form of meditation practice that Acharya Premananda learned from his teacher Swami Rudrananda (Rudi). It is a practice that places emphasis on release of tensions, blocks and limiting patterns by focusing on the breath, the chakra system, energy flow, and presence in the here and now. It is mindfulness and more, including letting go into the fundamental awareness within. It leads gradually to a deeper sense of joy, well being, inner strength, love, harmony and compassion.
A central part of the practice is open eyes meditation with a teacher, done in a group.
