THAI YOGA MASSAGE (TYM)

 
 

The TYM works with the meridians running throughout the body. With the application of rhythmic pressure on certain points and energy lines, along with yogic muscle stretching and joint manipulation, blockages are released, Chakras (energy centers) are opened and energy is increased.
By using the weight of the body, correct posture, hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, feet and forearms, the massage goes deeply into internal organs and soft tissue. Because this massage is working on different layers of the body, release works on an emotional, energetic and physical level.

This gentle, energetic and dynamic massage is a combination of Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation. Receiving the massage you lie, fully dressed in comfortable clothing, on a soft matt on the floor. There will be no using of Massage oil.

ORIGIN

The origin of the TYM is based on the ayurvedic health system. More than 2000 years ago indian monks used and developed the treatment. From India it spread further into South East Asia.
